My boyfriend is back in jail for probation voilation (counterfiet) and a new charge of counterfiet. How much time is he looking at? Thank you

Depends on whether it is a state or federal crime he is charged with, and other facts. You haven't given us very much in the way of facts. Usually there is more punishment for repeat offenders. Better luck picking your next boyfriend.
