Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
drug charges
In washingtion state when you get charged with a drug charge we have a plee called a D.O.S.A. I was wondering if in the state of nevada they had any plees for drugs charges you could take if you didn't have anyother drug charges.

Nevada has a diversion program and a drug court program for first time offenders which will allow their charges to get dismissed eventually.
