Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
drugs
my sister was arested saterday for sales of meth and trafficing but this is her first drugs offence. she has no history of drugs or other crimes. she was with people with drugs locked in a safe. she has no key to it. what is the best way to get her out of this? also she has no info on any big drug dealers what should she do?

She will probably be offered something with probation but it will involve a felony. If she is not willing to take a deal like that then she should get a good criminal defense attorney. Otherwise, no good deals without good information from her.
