Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada

harrassed by unwanted unsolicited magazine subscriptions

what legal recourse do i have against my exhusband who lives in nevada that is ordering subscriptions to magazines, book of the month clubs, cd clubs etc in my name. these subscsription orders are not wanted by myself. i live in california. i call the magazine companies to cancel the orders. i also ask them to send me copies of the order forms that they receive so that i can verify the hand writing of who is doing all of this. i know for a fact that it is my exhusband that is ordering all of these magazines in my name by the hand writting on the order forms. what king of recouse to i have?? is this mail fraud?? this has been going on for over one year. i was told to get a restraining order against him. the problem is i do not have his physical address of where he lives in nevada. is this a problem??

please advise....

A restraining order may be helpful, and some other remedies may be available as well. This form of harrassment is not unusual. Contact us for a free consultation so that we can discuss your situation in detail.
