Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
invading my privacy
i am on probation and was just wondering if it was legal for a police officer to search my room and go through all of my personal belongings without a search warrant?though at the time my probation officer was present but i had to stay with him in my kitchen with and was not able to see what the officer was doing by him self him my bedroom.

When you are on probation or parole you are subject to search and seizure without a warrant when your PO is wants this done.
