Probation violation, First offense...
My boyfriend is in jail from bench warrant put out on him from probation and parole for him not reporting his address change about 2 years ago. I am curious if you would know about approximately how long he will be locked up before he could get released?

Unless he has an attorney file a motion for an own recognizance release or a bail, he will probably be detained for a month.
