Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
simple battery nevada
I am currently on misdemenor probation for battery with a deadly weapon in july 2008. it was amended to a battery and disorderly conduct. I have been on probation since then. I was just arrested for a warrent for simple battery in 2006 it never showed up. Can I be violated for this warrent that is over three years old? and what should I expect at court. My priors are the above and a domestic that was dismissed in 2008 may?

Since this incident happened before the one you were placed on probation for you should not get violated.
