uniform controlled substance
Can you please advise me as to whether or not a Conspiracy to Commit a Violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act charge is considered to be a lesser charge than say, posession or intent to distribute, or would it be equal in element and carry the same type of punishment in the State of Neveda?

In Nevada a conspiracy involving drugs is a gross misdemeanor while possession with intent to sell or distribute is a felony. Both are probationable.
