Legal Question in DUI Law in Nevada

dui,

after geting into a fender bender i was given a breath test iasked if i passed and he said twice the legal limit. he then walked to his partners car and gave me another one ,he then gave me a battery of walking tests he then asked me to stand on one foot wich i could not because of two back surgeries he also saw my prescriptions i had been taking for five years and arrested me i stayed in jail for six days and even went to court twice but my name was not called i later found out they never filed charges against me now a year later i got a letter for court on these charges what to do

Re: dui,

If the District Attorney has filed formal charges against you, you must appear in court to answer them or else you risk a warrant for your arrest.
