Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I am 14 years old and want advice on how to get out from under my mother's guardianship. I just want to be "transferred" or adopted by someone else. My mother uses my $600/month for cigarettes and gambling and i never see a penny of it otherwise. She has no job and doesn't plan on getting one. We have moved about four times since 2010 and I would like to live with a stable family and in a permanent home. I know I can only get emancipated at the age of 16 but I am not asking to be seen as an adult, I'm only asking to get my mother's rights as a guardian taken away and given to another known person/family who can watch over me correctly. Please help me, I need to get out and I need to at least be cared for in the right manner. Thank you for whatever advice you give.

This must be a difficult situaton for you. I suggest you go to the family member that you trust the most and confide your situation to them. If they live in Nevada it would be even better. They can then Petition the Court and/or seek out the appropriate child welfare agency to help you.
