Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

dad

my dad passed away 1 1\2 years ago and i just recently found a bank statement that belonged to him and according to this he has money in the bank how do i find out (for his teamsters pension i was his sole beneficiary) but somebody had destroyed all of his paprerwork & private stuff right after he passed away

If the probate estate is valued at $20,000 or less and does not include any interest in real property (including a mortgage, lien, or trust deed), the assets can be claimed by an affidavit, and a court proceeding is not required.
