Can I move an existing case for Divorce/Child custody from San Bernardino CA to Clark County Nevada? & is there any free legal aid I can get to finalize case here in nevada?

It depends. If one party still lives in California, then normally, California retains jurisdiction. If neither party resides in California, then there may be a basis for Nevada to assume jurisdiction.
