Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

What forms do I file with divorce for immediate support

I am trying to file for divorce, my husband is not being cooperative by no means. He has been making life very uncomfortable for our two children and myself. I am unable to move out because of finances. He wont go anywhere. Everyday is so unbarable and difficult it only gets uglyer every day a very unstable feeling for our 10 and 12 year old. There is no physical abuse, How can I make him go while we go through this process? I had to quit my booth rental (hairstyling) because of his legal issues with two child support issues in Kentucky I only became aware of eight months ago. we have been together for twelve years but married for six years. I quit because we had to retain him a Kentuky lawyer immediately in March because he was being garnished a large amount of money for arrearages and current support, but he never told me about it until we were in financial ruin. My vehicle was reposessed (I reclaimed it during a ten day extention) our home is close to foreclosure and credit is shot. What do I do?

You need to go to the self-help center or hire an attorney or paralegal and file a Complaint and a Motion For Exclusive Possession of the Residence and for Temporary Custody.
