Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

My friend had a divorce last year. An out of court settlement was done for child support and alimony. Now he is planning to move back to home country. He has also resigned from his job. His ex-wife is also suspicious of the fact. Is there any possibility that he could be barred from travelling (without kids)? Please note he has not defaulted on child support as yet.

While I suppose anything is within the realm of possibility, if the existing court orders do not for some reason bar international travel, your friend has the constitutional right of freedom of travel -- if the kids' physical location is not in question, it is hard to see how anyone or anything could prevent your friend from going wherever he might wish.
