Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Me and my husband were married in vegas in october 2011 but we have never resided in vegas. how can we get a divorce?

You may have grounds for annulment, which Nevada law says that if you were married in Nevada, you don't have to live in Nevada. Since it was such a short marriage, it is probable that there are grounds. Otherwise, you either move and live in Nevada for six weeks or you get a divorce in the city where you live.
