Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I have joint custody of my daughter and the child support I pay was based on my income compaired to my ex wife's income. I have been laid off and my income is now half what it was. What do I need to do to have the child support adjusted?

In addition to Mr. Willick's advice above, you may also wish to pay for a short consultation with a family attorney, or to hire one for the whole process, to do the support calculations and give you an idea of how much less you may have to pay. An attorney is always recommended to ensure the paperwork is completed correctly.
