My daughter would like to get married and I approve. She is 17 (October 11th). Is she legally old enough? If not what is the legal requirements?

Provided you have legal custody of this child, you can consent to the marriage. If she were under the age of 16, you would also need a Court Order to authorize her getting married.

If you do not live in Nevada, be sure to bring all documents identifying the child - such as birth certificate, divorce decree, photo id for all parties.
