Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

multiple child custody

I have 2 children and I am currently pregnant. My 1st 2 children have the same father who lives in CA and I currently reside with the father of my unborn child in NV. My oldest children's father has petitioned for custody and requested that I bring the children back to CA in order to share custody which I am willing to do but the father of my unborn child does not want to move to CA and says he will petition for custody of our unborn child to have him remain in NV. How is it determined where I must reside in order for both fathers to have joint custody of their children? Do I have a choice in this matter or is it up to a judge to decice? I want to do whats best for all my children.

Re: multiple child custody

The Judges may discuss this case in both California and Nevada with each other. The best interest of the children is of paramount importance. Usually the first children will get priority. You will probably be able to move to California with the unborn child.
