Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I am a nanny for a family, that they are going through a divorce and child custody battle. I work for the mother of the children only. The father (ex-husband) subpoenaed me for court to show up at their custody hearing. Do I have to go? I feel like it can potentially affect my job.
