Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Order to vacate home

I am going thriugh a divorce. My wife and I still reside in the same household. There are temporary orders with regards to child support as well as an order to vacate the home by a certain date. (This was requested by my spouse so that we would not have to live together, however, she has changed her mind about me vacating since it would work out better if I stayed in the home while the divorce is pending) I need to know what I will need from my spouse in order to stay in the home after the date to vacate. She is agreeable with this. Do I just have a signed, notarized agreement from her? Please advise

Re: Order to vacate home

You need either a stipulation and order signed by both you and your spouse before a notary and signed as well by the Judge. Otherwise you must vacate the premises unless you file a motion to vacate the order to vacate the home.
