Can I relocate from Las Vegas, NV to Reno, NV if i have primary physical custody of a child but other parent has visitation?

Maybe. Your divorce decree will need to be reviewed and in many instances you must petition the Court for permission. Certainly, if you have the father in agreement, it makes it a whole lot easier. You should discuss with your lawyer prior to taking any action.
