Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

My rights with my children and family

My uncle watches my children for me while I am at work he is on parole and his P/O says that he cannot watch them for me any longer. He served his time and now he should be able to live a life. He committed murder but is wonderful with the kids. What can I do? Do I have to keep my kids away from my uncle because he made a mistake?

Re: My rights with my children and family

Parole needs to cover its butt. They don't want kids at risk with a convicted murderer. Only a Judge can change that.
