Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

can I sue 3rd party for interfering with marriage

I want to know if it possible to sue my husband and/or his mistress for destroying my marriage and taking away my future that I was promised. I have no retirement and have lost my job and have been served divorce papers. I am paralized with grief and stress by the betrayal. In one day I've gone from upper middle class to poverty. 16 yrs of marriage one 11 yr old son.He is giving me the house and he keeps his 401. But I have no income and he knows this and still served me. any ideas. We would of reconciled but she would not back off and he was obviously very weak, no respect cause this has been on going almost a year. She constantly prank calls my cell saying stuff like ''ha ha I have him now'' and also text messages. I am very hurt cause I never expected this ever and love him. If I could get mad instead of sad it would be a bit easier to deal with the humilation.

Re: can I sue 3rd party for interfering with marriage

You cannot sue a third person for breaking up your marriage in Nevada but you can seek alimony from your husband and child support payment. Also, if she continues to call and harass you, you file for a restraining order against her.
