Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

My wife keeps leaving our marriage for no reason,and taking my daughter with her,and waits to call me 3-5 days later. and when she does call she is going with another man.. She won't let me talk, or see my daughter except when she wants.We both have custody of our daughter due to we are still legally married in the state of Nevada.Neighter of us have filed for a devorce as of yet.How can I stop her from taking my daughter? What can I do to stop her from leaving the state of Reno,Nevada with my daughter?

File and serve her with a complaint for custody or a complaint for divorce and have a joint preliminary injunction issued. Either way would be a starting point to deal with your concerns.
