Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

my ex never work since day one that weve been together.when we separated i was trying to get my daughter to get a baby sitter for her while im working he begged me not to and volunteered to take care of her while im working because he cant afford to help me pay because of his two back child supports.i always file the income tax because he never have a w2 and if he does the government will take the money because of the said child supports.when i said no and explain to him why i wouldnt let him file the tax what i got is a summon from the court him wanting the custody of my daughter.agreement was my daughter was going to move with me this year to go to the school where my house is zoned in .went to her school and found out that my ex put a fake info about me her information was saying that im her mom but never in her emergency contact and found out that my address is phone number is false.i am a victim of domestic violence and im really scared of this guy.i could pick up my daughter and talk to her but he is so dominant that he is treathening me all the time that he is going to get her wether i like it or not.still harassing me until now while waiting for the court conference and giving me a hard time keeping in touch of her.there is no court order that he have a full custody of her.the guy is also suicidal and claiming that he is disabled as an excuse for not having a job but never get a disability benefits from the government.please help.my daughter has always been under my insurance policy,her name is under my lease at my place and have an ability to get everything that she needs.he took my rights away from me and took my kindness for weakness.what should i do?
