Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nevada

We bought a used truck, man said it was a new engine, turns out the engine is n

I am wondering if I have any recourse against the man who sold me this truck. He said the engine and transmission were less than 6 months old. He told us the only thing we need to replace is the carborator.

No problem until we went to replace the carborator and the mechanic explained the engine needs to be replaced. Do I have any recourse against this man in the state of Nevada? Thank you
