Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nevada

Child custody and support

My son is currently living with me and my ex is not paying any support. I know I need to have the custody order changed so I can start receiving support. Are there any easy to file documents to do this without having to go through a lawyer.

If you live in Clark or Washoe County you can go to the self-help center at the Family Court and get assistance with forms. Otherwise in Clark County you can go to the free Ask A Lawyer program on Thursday afternoon.
