Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nevada
Do I have legal recourse against a Hotel/Casino in Reno for allowing someone to get my room number and key. They entered my room in the middle of the night and started hitting me with my shoes and trashing the room. I had previously alerted the front desk not to give out any info regarding me because I was not to be found.

Yes, you would have a case if you can prove it was done and shouldn't have been done.
