Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nevada

Personal Harrassment

What can I do if my new room-mate is being harrassed by his ex-girl friend at my house, pounding at the door loudly late at night, and harrassing our guest because his ex-girl friend thinks he is sleeping with our guest and even with us? We are males. In addition, the ex-girl friend has, twice, left key marks on our female guests new car. The second time keying the word "bitch".

I am not practicing right now but I would suggest getting a temporary protective order from Justice Court or having your roommate get one from Family Court.
