Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nevada

question? In my 2003 divorce i was awarded buy the court appoint judge to given at that time 50% of my husband retirement-my share after the time of our marriage. my husband was to have his employer be notified and send me a check. this never happened-don't know why the judge allowed him to handle this-but it allowed. just wanted to know what are my options since alot of time has pasted

You need to enforce the Court Order - Decree of Divorce. You probably need to find a lawyer who practices in family law - or visit the family law self-help center. I don't handle family cases usually.
