Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nevada

I am filing an affidavit of support for my wifes adjustment of status, but I do not have 3 years of back taxes as I have always lived at home, never had a job, and my parents have filed me as a dependent on their taxes. The only income I have is the occasional ebay sale. I have a co-sponsor, but what should I give them in place of my taxes?

thank you!

Michael

A detailed letter explaining that you have not filed taxes, with an explanation as to why. The letter must be dated and signed by you. Generally, CIS will accept a letter of explanation coupled with tax transcripts; employment letter; and proof of permanent immigration / naturalization status of the Joint Sponsor.
