Im a filipino seaman,jumped ship here and got married to a u.s. citizen.my visa are expired since 2005..i need an advise

If you came as a crewmember/seaman - you are not eligible for adjustment of status. The only way for you to become a lawful resident is to go abroad to apply for a visa and a hardship waiver.

(The previous answer is wrong because you are not eligible for adjustment).
