my friend is pregnant but she is not an american citizen
my friend is not a american citizen and she is pregnant now,after the baby is born,can my friend be able to get to stay in america legally?

A baby born in the USA will be a USA citizen.
However, a mother will not become a citizen nor will she have any right to apply for a green card (stay in USA legally).
When her child is 21 years of age, a child can petition her for residency.
