Getting my girlfriend into the US legally ASAP
My girlfriend lives on a small island in the Philippines. I understand that a Fiancee visa takes about nine months to process. Is there a way to get her to the US faster? I am willing to marry her there, or to have my company hire her here, or whatever it takes. Thank you.

If your intention is to marry her soon, the fastest way to bring her to the U.S. is through a fiancee visa. The process takes from 5 to 8 months.
