Giving birth in the USA being a turist
I just need to know if it is legal to enter the USA with a tourist visa and give birth while you are there??

Yes, it is legal to give a birth to the baby being in any immigration status including the visitor's. Under the U.S. Constitution, the baby will be a born U.S. citizen who will be able to file a petition for your green card when he turns 21 if the law will not change by then.

Yes, it is legal to do so. However, given the length of visitor visas, you may want to consult with your doctor before flying late in pregnancy.
