Can H4 Visa get a green card
I have an H1-B visa, my spouse has a H4 Visa. He is not qualified to get a H1-B visa. What steps do I need to take in order for him to legally work at McDonald's or Walmart?

Seek out an experienced immigration attorney to explore the legal options for your spouse. If s/he works without authorization, there are many severe penalties. S/he may want to explore the possiblity of an H-2B visa?
