illegal imm. married to legal citizen
i want to marry an illegal imm. and i was wondering what the best way to go about this would be. we are in love and have been dating for 3 months. hes taken care of my son and me for this time. what are the steps i should take?

If your spouse entered the U.S. with a visa (i.e., tourist visa, work visa, student visa, etc.), and the visa expired, then it would be possible for your spouse to become a permanent resident ("green card") in the U.S.
