immigration i'm with a tourist visa
My husband is a citizen of the usa, and i enter to the United States with a tourist visa and a I-94 now my I94 is expired, do i need to leave the united States? and do i need to get a petition of waiver? please anyone help me!!!

Waivers for unlawful presence are not required for immediate relatives of US citizens unless your entry was made without inspection.
You appear to be eligible for an adjustment of status.
