marriage through power of attorney
I am an American citizen and i want to marry a lebanese women who lives in lebanon. Can I marry her and bring her to the U.S. without me leaving the U.S because of the issues going on in the Middle East.

The best way to bring her to the U.S. is to apply for a fiancee visa and after she enters the U.S., you would have to marry her within 90 days.
You must travel to Lebanon and meet up with her over there at least once.
