My sister came to the US with B1 visa on march 30th 2015, but she's 4 months pregnant going 5. She got 6 months to stay, and her due date is on september so it will be close to her limit to stay. Can she deliver the baby here or she has to go home?

She can deliver the baby here. The real question is whether or not she'll be in status when she gives birth. She might want to consider filing for an extension of her tourist visa and time it so that it keeps her from dropping out of status and accruing unlawful presence.
