Life Insurance on Divorce papers
My husband had his ex-wife on his life insurance that his former employer had. When he divorced her 16+ years her name was on the divorce papers. He has re-married and changed the beneficary to me. Will she get the insurance money? He was divorced in NJ and we live in NV

Life insurance is paid to whoever is the current beneficiary at the time of the insured's death.
