Have my 1st amedenment rights be violated?

I have been suspended from work with pay because I have an interest in adult oriented materials. I have an interest in someday producing and directing adult films. Somehow this has become public knowledge at my workplace. I, at no time, ever recruited or discussed with anyone I work with, their willingness to appear in these films. Someone has told management the contrary, and Nike Human Resources has asked for a statement, and suspension. If I am terminated do I have a case for my first amendment rights? Can I force them to continue paying me during the time the case is pending? Do I have a case for harassment? Do I have the right to choose what I want to look at, and be employed, without being punished? Do I have a chance for a civil rights, or a civil suit case? Thank you for any help you can give me.

Maybe. Where do you work (Nike?) Private employer.Hmm. What about the Nevada State Constitutionas well?

Need more info to be more helpful.How many employees where you work?How long have you worked there?Any prior disciplinary problems?Perhaps you should post the letter demandingan explanation, written by the employer. Itslanguage might help in this discussion.
