Legal Question in Employment Law in Nevada

Fired after reporting my employer to the dept of labor

I need some advice on my last employer. I had some racial gestures made to me by a senior employee and after reporting it to management nothing happened but me getting punished for anything. I reported a legitimate complain to osha and another to the state dept of labor and shortly after that I was written up. I refused to sign the write up and was fired. The write up was for something caused by the weather. The terminal manager and evening supervisor were fired just as I was and they are the ones that were giving me problems, like no breaks, telling lies on me about my behavior, and even punished for getting injured by their faulty equipment that I get the blame for. What do i do?
