Legal Question in Employment Law in Nevada

Ive been suied by my former employer?

I left a company in Las Vegas 6 months ago and was just served a lawsuit with 6 complaints. 1 was using the company computer to look for other jobs/work. (True) 2. Going to work for a competitor, I believe this is due to a non compete agreement I signed. (True) 3. Proprietary information infringement? (Not true) 4 not being a loyal employee?? And On and On. I went to give them my resignation and they asked for my CD with music I had burned. That was it. My brother works in the same industry and the next day the owner of my company told his boss I was trying to steel propriety docs! (NOT TRUE). Well this is retaliation because the owner doesnt like my brother and these are serious unwarranted charges, which I need to answer. Any advice? Can I file a motion to through these charges?

Please help
