Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Nevada

Roommate release

Hi.I moved in with a roommate & her 1yr old son in Sept 08,we signed a 1yr lease.A friend of hers got kicked out,so she asked if she could stay there til she can find a place to stay,so Im asssuming its temporary. The friend of the roommate & I didnt get along that well. We clashed and I lost my privacy once she came.I tell my roommate, hey either her friend has to go or I do.She said shes not going anywhere & neither is her friend,I said fine i'll be out by the 1st.My roommate agreed to sign roommate release form and wanted someone else to take over my side of the lease.Once I got all my belongings I went to the office & i signed my part of the roommate release.Technically Im not suppose to sign unless my roommate was there, but we werent getting along if I were to see her in person a confrentation would have happned,so before I signed my part the manager of our apartments had called & spoke to my roommate confirming the roommate release & my roommate had agreed & said she will be in to sign the release. So after I sign it,im thinking Im free & clear from the lease,im all moved out.At the last minute my roommate decides shes not going to sign the rele
