Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Nevada

Tenant owes

Evicted tenant for non compliance of lease. Had a dog, roommate, then a cat, did not change the utilities when agreed to and did not pay water bill like she said. Took items belonging to me. Left lawn mower out and it was stolen, in lease agreement to use and take care of. Owes 200 dep for pet, 216. water, 150gas, 54.elec. 350 partial rent. This was prior to disolving the agreement. Then did not pay rent on time and would not see me to discuss yard after 9 days of being at the home doing upgrades. Gave 7 days to move, she moved in3 to 4. Left frig full and turned off the power. Can I do small claims to recoup? Lots of other trival things just to make a person angry. Definately not the person they said when we leased to her. Do not know what to do next to try to get the money owed. I did not get a deposit as she bragged of all she would do to keep the house how she liked it. Living in another state, I was happy to have someone soooo responsible. Not how it turned out. What to do next? Thank you
