Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Nevada

I have four tenants renting my home, all four names are on the lease, but only two that i did credit check signed the lease. The tenants have not pay rent, can I sue all four tenants for rent or just the two that actually signed the lease.

If the lease is for a year you can only sue the two tenants who signed because of the statute of frauds. If the lease is less than a year you can sue all four on the lease.
