Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Nevada

Can a suit be made for an injection adminstered incorrectly?

My 2 1/2yr old Son was given two shots of Kenalog (Triamcinolone)6-7 months ago by a physician for flu like symptoms on both cheeks of his buttocks. He has since developed two 3 inch in diameter depressions on each cheek and it has seemed to eat away his tissue.

We took him back to the same physician who commented that he never saw anything like that happen before and referred us to a plastic surgeon specialist.

Do we have any grounds for a lawsuit?
