Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

I was assaulted by security inside a casino. Three years have passed since we filed suit and it's the sixth time I ask my attorney "who is the defendant's insurance company?" he never answers that question and he always changes subject with one of his stories... Any help would be appreciated.�
