Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

Attorny suspension

I have retained a lawyer in a personal injury case. The case is on a contingency basis and he has been suspended by our Supreme Court. There has beem no resolution of the case so far. What are my financial obligations to this lawyer in the event taht we see other counsel?

The new attorney will work it out with the past attorney. You will not need to pay any extra.
